Diggerland

Since the days are counting down to our trip to Scotland, I have been looking at the strange places to visit while on our trip. I think I found the best amusement park in the world. Their theme song is amazing and the over all concept of this time park is so beyond bizarre that, even being from Texas, you have to say to yourself..... I am totally going to check this place out.

So the name of this theme park is called "Diggerland Adventure Parks" and for those asking 'what is Diggerland?' here is a blurb from their website;

Associated with H.E. Services, The UK's largest specialist excavator hire company, Diggerland welcomes you to four parks: one at Strood, Kent, one at Langley Park, Co. Durham, one at Verbeer Manor, Cullompton, Devon and one at Whitwood, near Castleford in West Yorkshire. Diggerland guarantees a fun filled, exciting, action packed day out for kids and adults of all ages. Children (and adults if they wish) have the opportunity to ride in, and drive, different types of construction machinery including Dumper Trucks, Mini Diggers and Giant Diggers (all under strict supervision). There are great opportunities to take photos, or learn about the workings of the machines from the fully trained Instructors constantly on hand. Diggerland is a day out with a difference: not only can families learn about how these diggers work, they can actually drive them, too!. Empty tummies can be refueled at the Dig Inn, with a selection of snacks, burgers, salads etc. (Except in Yorkshire, where the Dig Inn is still under construction, and we currently have mobile caterers with snack wagons on site, until the new building is ready).

Sounds too good to be true, doesn't it - well it is true here are two videos found on their YouTube channel.
