Amityville Horror House For Sale

Ever dreamed of living in a haunted house?  I have and in fact, I even wrote about it in the Zombie Popcorn post ‘Amityville Murders‘.

Now you may be able to – well, if you have $1.15 m because the legendary Amityville House is up for sale.

The five-bedroom Dutch Colonial in Long Island, N.Y. is the site where Ronald DeFeo Jr. infamously shot six of his sleeping family members. It is also the setting of the events that gave rise to Jay Anson’s book The Amityville Horror: A True Story.  [singlepic id=1274 w=320 h=240 float=right]

Sure, they may have changed the famous windows and even the address to keep onlookers away. (The original address was 112 Ocean Avenue and now is 108 Ocean Avenue.)

Here is what it looks like now… (below)

If you can’t afford this house at least you can read from the The Offical Website of Ronald DeFeo owned by Ronald’s wife, Tracey DeFeo.   IF anyone out there wants to buy this house for me – I was be very happy and say thanks!
