Deep Green Resistance

Another week has passed us by but not without leaving us with debris and food for thought.

We cover so much in this episode and recommend several books and different directions to explore, including subjects that deal with the hi-jacking of movements and personal identity.

We start the show off with Deer Hunting with Jesus: Dispatches from America’s Class War and  Thomas gives us a break down and his thoughts  about this book.

We also answer letters from one of our listeners, Will.  He asked us what we thought about the book, Deep Green Resistance: Strategy to Save the Planet.  So we go into detail about our thoughts, ideas and (almost) everything related to this book and the movement behind it.

The final book we recommend in this episode is, ‘Work‘ from Crimethinc and we leave you with two things a quote from Alice Walker, ‘When the axe was brought into the forest, the trees said, ‘the handle is one of us’. and a song from Citizen Fish.

As always, we welcome all your ideas, comments and thoughts and please feel free to share.

Thanks for listening and we hope you enjoy this episode.
